Gym FAQ · Kakinada
Can Women Train at Revive Fitness Club, Kakinada?
Yes. Women train at Revive Fitness Club on the same floor alongside men. All programs are open to women. There is no separate women's batch, but the training environment is mixed and welcoming.
Is there a separate women's batch or women-only timing?
No, not a formal, dedicated women's batch. Women train alongside men in the regular batches. Revive does not run a separate ladies-only slot at this time.
If you are specifically looking for a women-only gym in Kakinada, Revive is not that. But if you are looking for a gym where women train comfortably and effectively, with proper coaching, AC, and real programs, Revive is a good option, and roughly 10% of the current membership is women.
Will I feel comfortable as a woman training at Revive?
This is a fair question. The practical answer: the gym is coaching-led, which changes the environment significantly. Every session has a certified trainer on the floor. Training is structured and supervised, it is not the kind of floor where people stand around or where a woman training alone will feel watched or without support.
The membership is predominantly students and working adults. The culture is focused on training results, not gym aesthetics. Women who are currently members train across all programs, weight loss, strength, cardio fitness, personal training, and the trainer structure means you are never navigating the floor alone.
What programs can women join at Revive?
All of them. The full program list is available to women without restriction:
- →Weight loss programs, structured fat loss with cardio and resistance work
- →Personal training, one-on-one coaching for any goal
- →Cardio fitness, trainer-set programs on the dedicated 1st-floor zone
- →Strength training, progressive resistance work; strength training for women builds a lean physique, not bulk
- →Nutrition guidance, macro and meal timing coaching synced with your program
What timings work best for women at Revive?
Revive is open Monday to Saturday from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The morning batch (5:00–8:00 AM) tends to be quieter and is popular with members who want a lower-traffic floor. The evening batches (4:00–9:00 PM) are busier. Your trainer will suggest the timing that works for your schedule and goals.
Is there a free trial before committing?
Yes. The first session at Revive is free and requires no commitment. You come in, see the floor, meet the trainer, and run through the first session. If the environment works for you, you join. If not, there's no obligation. WhatsApp or call to book a time.
